Binding reservation and changing the reservation

The reservation is binding when the deposit has been paid. Final payment shall be paid no later than 40 days before arrival, if nothing else has been agreed upon.

Reservations made later than 40 days before arrival is generally paid for with debit or credit card.

If anything should happen that is not in our control, we have the right to move you to a similar accomodation.

If larger changes should occur in the reservation, we have the right to charge a changing fee.

Cancellation protection insurance

A cancellation protection insurance costs 300:-/cabin. The insurance should be signed at the same time as you are making the reservation.

If you have a cancellation protection insurance and cancel your reservation more than 40 days before arrival, we will repay you the full amount of your money except for a 300:- service charge.

If you have a cancellation protection insurance and cancel your reservation less than 40 days before arrival, we will repay you the full amount of your money except for a 500:- service charge.

If you cancel your reservation without a cancellation protection insurance, there will be no refund!

The cancellation protection insurance is valid until 18.00 the day before arrival.

Booking fee 

Booking fee when booking by telephone: 100:-
Booking fee when booking by e-mail/online with invoice: 50:-
Booking fee when booking online with immediate payment: 0:-

Pets

Pets are allowed in most of our cabins, but not in everyone. Therefore we ask you to please state at your reservation if you are bringing any pets with you. 

Times for check in and check out

The time for check in is between 15.00-18.00, if nothing else has been agreed upon. The time for check out is no later than 11.00, if nothing else has been agreed upon.
