For everyone's comfort we have the following regulations at Haganäset.

Identification

To stay at Haganäset you need to have a valid home address, ID, debit/credit card, and a valid Camping Key Europe.

 

Respect 

Respect other guests. Keep in mind that many want to rest before the following day. Loud noise coming from radio, TV, stereo, or other sounds, especially at night, as well as damage on property will cause immediate eviction, and there will be no reimbursement for any lost time at Haganäset. Silence shall prevail between the hours of 23.00-07.00.

 

Ving-card

The gates at the entrance/exit and the service buildings are opened with ving-card. All guests are given a card at check-in. The card is to be used only by checked-in guests. It is not allowed to let other people in on the card. The card should be returned to the reception at check-out.


Placement

No camping unit, caravan or similar vehicle can be placed on the campsite without having contacted the reception at Haganäset beforehand. Should there be no room for the car on the place, we request you to park in the main parking lot. Trailers for boats and similar should be placed in a space assigned by the reception at Haganäset. All camping units should be placed with at least 4 metres distance between them.

Speed limit

The speed limit within the area is fixed at 20 km/h. Speeding or driving under the influence of alcohol is strictly forbidden.

 

Departure

Before departure you shall clean the rented object thoroughly. Should you neglect to do this, we will do it on your expense. Broken china or other furnishings will be charged for before departure.

 

Environment

Care for the environment. Garbage, bottles and other waste products shall be sorted into the right containers at the recycle station.


Smoking

All buildings are non-smoking areas, and if you or anyone else in your company should smoke where smoking is not allowed, you will be charged with a minimum of SEK 2000:- for sanitation.

Commercial sales

Commercial sales are only allowed after written agreement with Haganäset/Sommarvik AB.

 

Theft and eviction

Haganäset/Sommarvik AB does not take responsibility for theft, or any damage that may occur on guests or their property. We also reserve the right to, on expense of the guest and without reimbursement, immediately evict those who do not follow the regulations above, or any other regulations given by the management and staff at Haganäset.

 

Damage on guest property

In case of damage on guest property, the guest will notify his/her insurance company. Should it be needed, written statements and information will be gathered together with the management at Haganäset. Should there be any reasons to believe that Haganäset/Sommarvik AB may have had any responsibility in the matter, it will be reported to the insurance company of Haganäset/Sommarvik AB as well. The insurance companies then decide how the matter will be handled. Should there be obvious neglect from Haganäset/Sommarvik AB's side, the company may pay the sum of the guest's excess. Should the guest and Haganäset/Sommarvik AB not come to an agreement, the guest will be referred to ARN, Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (The Swedish Nation Board for Consumer Complaints) who will come up with a solution.


Responsibility

The guest pledges to take good care of the rented object, and to follow the regulations and instructions given by Haganäset, as well as to see to that everyone else in the travelling company does the same.

The guest is responsible for any damage that may occur on the rented object/area and on its furnishings, that is caused by the guest or anyone else in the travelling company. The guest will be liable to pay compensation for the damage.

The guest is not allowed to use the rented object for any other purpose than the one declared at the reservation. Moreover, the guest is not allowed to let more people stay in the rented object than the number stated at the reservation.

The agreement will cease to be valid with immediate effect if...

...you or anyone else in your company should act in an offensive or annoying way in or by the rented object/area.
...you or anyone else in your company should make any damage in or by the rented object/area.
...you or anyone else in your company does not follow the regulations given from the management.
...the rented object is used for other purpose than the one agreed upon at the reservation.

Should the agreement cease because of any of the above stated reasons, no reimbursements will be given, nor will the guest or the travelling company of the guest be allowed to continue the stay and will have to leave the area immediately.
