On arrival

Check-in time for both cabins and camping is from 3 pm (15.00). You will receive an access card which you will use to enter/exit the gates. You can also transfer money to the card and use it to pay for showers and washer/dryer in the service buildings. These cards are personal and may not be lent out to anyone else. They are valid until check-out time on the day of your departure and must be returned to the reception before you leave.

If you forgot to bring bed linen or towels, this could be rented in the reception. It is also possible to rent baby cribs and baby chairs.

Should anything be wrong with your cabin or camping pitch, you must notify the reception as soon as possible after discovery. Do not try and fix the problem on your own.

For everyone’s comfort it is important to follow the rules and regulations that apply while staying with us. There are available in the reception and on our website.

On departure

Check-out time for cabins is 11 am (11.00), for camping 12 noon (12.00). If the cabin/camping pitch is available, it is possible to stay longer at an extra cost per hour.

If you have stayed in a cabin, it must be cleaned thoroughly before your departure. Final cleaning can be purchased as an additional extra service, but you must still take out the trash and do the dishes. Broken china or inventory should be paid in the reception before departure. We will check the cabin after you have checked out. If the cleaning is not satisfactory, we will charge an extra fee. All trash should be sorted and taken to the recycling station by the entrance.

Keys and access cards must be returned to the reception, or if the reception is closed, placed in the mail box by the gates.
